We like to highlight that luxury items are returnable as long as they do not fall under the Non-Exchangeable & Non—Returnable Brands & Items list..

You are required to submit a return request through an online return form for the returnable/ exchangeable item.

For an easy and convenient return, please ensure that you have followed the following checklist and return term & conditions stated here. Otherwise, your return and refund will be rejected.

Returns must be Invoice available Original condition, return must be made within 30 days from delivery ( 7 days for pre-loved items)..

We also encourages customers to feedback to our customer service agents when facing product quality issues.
